Welcome to Cryptbrew. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites (including cryptbrew.com and php.cryptbrew.com) and services, including our mobile app, web app, gRPC service, and API. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Cryptbrew provides managed Bitcoin and Lightning Network invoicing and settlement services for small businesses and individuals. We operate Lightning payment infrastructure, create invoices on your behalf, and forward settled payments to the wallet addresses you register. Our services include mobile and web applications, APIs, and related infrastructure.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use our services.

4. Payments and Settlement

Cryptbrew operates managed Lightning payment infrastructure. When customers pay your Cryptbrew invoices, payments are received on Cryptbrew's Lightning infrastructure and automatically forwarded to the payout destination you register (such as a Lightning address or Bitcoin address).

Cryptbrew does not store your wallet private keys. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payout addresses you provide and for maintaining access to the wallets where you receive forwarded payments. Brief transit of funds on Cryptbrew infrastructure between customer payment and forward to your registered wallet is part of the settlement process.

All content, trademarks, and materials on this site are the property of Cryptbrew LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptbrew LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
